Made to measure
Each pedestal is made to the layout of the entrance: the number of lanes, the barrier model and the space available. The measurements are taken during the site survey.
A base made for the barriers. Where the existing floor is not suitable for fixing, the barriers are mounted on a pedestal built for that entrance, for any type of barrier and to the dimensions of the site.

Speed gates, swing, flap and sliding barriers, tripod, half height and full height turnstiles can all stand on a pedestal. The mounting points follow the cabinets of the chosen model.

A welded frame of square steel hollow sections carries a top of ribbed marine-grade aluminium tread plate, with or without a rubber overlay in each lane. Either way the barriers stand on one level base, and the floor of the building stays as it is.

Swing barriers on a pedestal with an aluminium tread-plate top. The plate runs through the whole lane and past the cabinets, so visitors walk on one even surface from the floor of the building, through the barrier and out the other side.
