Who is responsible for your data

The website keyable.global is operated under the name Keyable Europe by Digital Access Logic d.o.o., Jug Bogdanova 4, 12000 Požarevac, Serbia, company registration number (MB) 21071935, tax ID (PIB) 108810602. Digital Access Logic d.o.o. is the controller of the personal data described here.

For any question about your personal data, write to office@dal.rs.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself:

• name and company
• e-mail address and phone number
• country
• the product you are interested in and your message

If you write to us by e-mail, Telegram or Signal, we receive the details you choose to send there. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare the information or quotation you asked for. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR; Article 12 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).

Who can see it

Your enquiry is sent by e-mail to Digital Access Logic and is handled only by our staff. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to anyone: not to partners, not to the manufacturer and not to any other company. The website is hosted by a hosting provider that stores the data only on our behalf, for the operation of the website and e-mail.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for one year from the day we receive them and are then deleted. If an enquiry leads to an order, the documents needed for that order are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies

The website stores only two small technical cookies: your choice of light or dark theme and your language. They contain no personal data, are not used for tracking and are needed for the site to work the way you set it, so no consent banner is required for them. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server; no third-party content is loaded while you browse. The Telegram and Signal links open those services only when you click them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, to object to processing and for a copy of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before the withdrawal. Write to office@dal.rs and we will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs), or with the data protection authority in your own country.

Security

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The stored copy of enquiries is kept outside the public part of the server and is accessible only to us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
