Where the barrier has to be the wall. A floor-to-ceiling rotor that cannot be climbed, crawled under or reached over — for perimeters that are unstaffed, unlit and unsupervised.

FH-01 · FLOOR TO CEILING / 5:4 landscape Architectural photograph of a single full-height rotating turnstile photographed from a low camera position looking up, so its 2.3-metre structure fills the frame and reads as imposing. A rigid steel frame with a flat top canopy encloses a rotating drum of horizontal steel bars; the bars catch a hard raking light from the upper left and throw a long striped shadow pattern across a pale concrete floor. The finish is matte dark powder coat with one vertical structural post picked out in a warm accent tone. Behind, a chain-link perimeter recedes softly out of focus against an overcast sky. No people. 24mm lens perspective, slightly low angle, strong directional light with deep shadow, cool neutral palette with one warm edge. Uncompromising, industrial but cleanly composed. No text, no logos, no signage.

2300 mm, floor to canopy

There is no gap above the rotor and none below it. Every other barrier type asks a determined person not to climb; a full-height turnstile removes the option entirely, which is why it holds perimeters rather than lobbies.

FH-02 · ONE AT A TIME / 5:4 landscape Photograph taken from inside the rotating drum of a full-height turnstile, looking outward between the horizontal steel bars toward a bright exterior. The bars frame the view in strong horizontal bands, sharply in focus, while beyond them a paved yard and a low industrial building fall softly out of focus in cool morning light. The narrow 650-millimetre compartment is clearly readable as space for exactly one person. Cool light entering between the bars, the interior of the compartment in shadow. 28mm lens perspective, shallow depth of field beyond the bars. Confined, precise, matter-of-fact, not menacing. No people, no text, no logos, no signage.
02

650 mm, one compartment

Three rotor sections divide the drum into compartments of 650 mm. Two people cannot share one; the geometry does not permit it, with or without a sensor watching. Rotation is offered at 90° or 120° depending on how the site prefers to meter flow.

FH-03 · DAMPED ROTATION / 5:4 landscape Close macro photograph of the upper bearing and hydraulic damper assembly at the top of a full-height turnstile rotor, seen from below against the underside of the canopy. Machined steel components, a heavy central shaft and the horizontal bars radiating away, all in matte dark powder coat with polished bare-metal contact faces catching a narrow highlight. Cool ambient daylight from one side, deep shadow under the canopy. 85mm macro perspective, shallow depth of field with only the bearing critically sharp. Mechanical, heavy, precisely made. No people, no text, no logos.
03

Magnet drive, damped return

A semi-automatic magnet drive releases the rotor on authorisation and a hydraulic buffer brings it to rest. The result is a rotor that turns under its own hand pressure but never slams — important on a mechanism this heavy and this exposed.

FH-04 · FREE EXIT / 5:4 landscape Architectural photograph of a full-height turnstile at a site perimeter at dusk, with the rotor released into free rotation for evacuation so the compartment stands open and aligned with the walkway, giving an unobstructed line straight through the structure. The frame is matte dark powder coat; a small green indicator glows on the entry post, and further back a plain illuminated green emergency light casts a soft wash on a wall — shown only as a simple glowing rectangle with no readable text or pictogram. The yard beyond is empty, dim and calm, with low blue evening light and one warm lamp in the distance. Straight-on composition looking through the open compartment, camera at eye level, 35mm lens perspective. Green safety accent against cool blue neutrals. Calm, safe, clearly passable. No text, no readable signage, no pictograms, no logos, no people.
04

Released for evacuation

On power loss or an alarm signal the rotor is released to turn freely in the exit direction, so the perimeter that could not be climbed can still be left. Bi-directional control means the same structure meters entry and never obstructs escape.

The Range

6 models in the full height turnstile family.

Shared electronics, readers and control across the family. What changes is the housing, the finish and the setting each one is built for. Technical figures as published by the manufacturer, March 2026; a model without figures has not had them published rather than estimated.

FH-05 · SPORTS GROUND / 16:10 landscape Wide architectural photograph of the entrance to a community sports ground on a bright afternoon. Two full-height turnstiles in powder-coated steel with a warm orange accent post stand within a fenced perimeter beside a floodlit multi-sport court, where a basketball game is in progress softly out of focus behind mesh fencing. The turnstiles cast striped shadows on a pale concrete apron; a small reader panel glows green on the entry post. Green and blue court surfaces, a light canopy structure overhead, clear sky. No people at the turnstiles. Camera at eye level, three-quarter angle, 28mm lens perspective, bright directional daylight. Public, robust, cheerful but composed. No text, no logos, no signage, no advertising, no team markings.

FH-06 · LOGISTICS PERIMETER / 16:10 landscape Architectural photograph of a personnel entrance at a logistics depot perimeter at dawn. A double-lane full-height turnstile in matte dark powder-coated steel stands within a galvanised palisade fence, its twin rotors and shared central post clearly readable, a low sun casting long striped shadows across wet asphalt. Behind the fence, stacked shipping containers and a distribution building recede into cold blue morning haze. A reader panel at chest height glows green on each entry side. No people. Camera at eye level, three-quarter angle, 28mm lens perspective, cold directional dawn light, palette of steel, asphalt and pale sky. Hard-wearing, secure, quietly ordered. No text, no logos, no signage.

Common Questions

Answers, briefly.

What is a full height turnstile?

A full height turnstile is a floor-to-ceiling rotating barrier, 2300 mm tall, enclosed within a rigid frame. Because there is no gap above or below the rotor, it cannot be climbed or crawled under.

How tall is a full height turnstile and how wide is the passage?

The structure is 2300 mm tall with a compartment of 650 mm and arms of 600 mm. Footprints run from 1450 × 1450 mm for a single lane to 2500 × 1450 mm for a double.

What is the difference between a single and a double full height turnstile?

A single unit carries one rotor and one lane. The double configurations carry two rotors in one structure sharing a central post, doubling capacity for roughly one and a half times the footprint.

Can people still get out in an emergency?

Yes. On power loss or an alarm signal the rotor is released to turn freely in the exit direction, so a perimeter that cannot be climbed can still be left.

How We Deliver

Two ways to work with us.

Every model in the range is available either as a supply-only order or as a complete installation. The choice is commercial, not technical — the hardware is identical.

01 — Supply

Hardware only

You already have an integrator, an access platform and a programme. We deliver the equipment and the paperwork, and stay out of the way.

  • Barriers, readers and controllers
  • Technical datasheets and dimensioned drawings
  • CE marking and EN 17352 declaration
  • Delivery to site, anywhere in Europe
  • Manufacturer warranty
  • Spare parts held in Europe

02 — Turnkey

Everything, as one contract

One point of responsibility from the site survey to the fifth year of service. You approve a design and take delivery of a working entrance.

  • Everything in supply, plus:
  • Software: entitlements, ticketing, attendance, occupancy
  • Installation and mechanical fixing
  • Commissioning and integration with your systems
  • Staff handover and documentation
  • Scheduled maintenance and online support
  • Extended warranty on the installed system
Discuss a turnkey project

Both models cover the full range: speed gates, swing, flap and sliding barriers, tripod and full height turnstiles. Scope, response times and warranty terms are set per project and confirmed in the quotation.
